The method

Company training, your way.

Our primary aim is to create tailor-made company training programmes that can make a positive impact on your business. We achieve this with an effective mix of contents, technologies, engagement and creativity.

We have developed our method over time, constantly working with international customers and prestigious brands, alwaysdoing our utmost to ease our customers’ workload. Listening, personalisation and the ability to implement complex projects are the winning ingredients.

We firmly believe that it is the employees and co-workers within the organisations who make the difference, as they are a major force in the company's development and efficiency

We support organisations through tailor-made digital learning, with a view to synergy between business and training, making the most of the pre-existing knowledge in the company.

We develop training programmes that include elements of personalisation based on users' skills, aspirations and aptitudes.

We develop the potential of each and everyone to generate shared value within the organization.

We create experiences to make users feel fully involved in the training, also by means of gamification mechanics and encouraging the publication of user generated content.

We help people work better, in a productive and satisfying manner, to achieve the company's goals.

How a customised e-learning project is created with MODO Network

One of the key activities of our method iseffective interaction with the company’s SMEs (experts). We establish a productive dialogue with them, coordinating knowledge and channelling it towards simple transfer methods so that the end users can get maximum benefit.

Our work method foresees a structured project management approach, divided into precise operative steps (sprint) which have been successfully tested over time.

Our customers, with their explicit or latent training needs, represent our starting point.
Also in the pre-sales phase, we give our customers an idea of how we can develop their project to allow them to make an informed and conscious choice.

The dedicated Project Manager deals with Kick-off and organising the timeline so the customer clearly knows, from the start, what the main milestones are in itinere and the delivery dates.

Our Instructional Designers work in close contact with the SMEs – Subject Matter Experts – indicated by the company, who are particularly skilled in their area of expertise, helping them to identify the Key learning points.

After collecting all of the feedback and information useful for creating the training project, a framework project document is drawn up, as well as a detailed storyboard.

The actual development of the project starts from this first storyboard and will involve the various experts, based on the project's features and requirements.

The Project Manager continues to coordinate the activities and fixes regular progress meetings with the customers

Meanwhile, the Customer Success Manager takes care of all the activities to be implemented for the success of the project and its adoption by the recipients.

On delivery of the project, the process is completed with a closure meeting and a satisfaction poll.
