We exclusively distribute the THRIVE course Library on Soft Skill training for Italy. Designed to make a real change in companies, THRIVE turns training into a simple, intuitive and innovative experienceand a vast selection of courses with a contemporary and neat interface. The Library consists of soft skills courses with short, simple appealing summaries to make training a pleasure. The information is provided only for the aforementioned website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The website www.modonetwork.com is owned by Modo Network Srl, which manages it and ensures compliance with the aforementioned legislation on the protection of personal data. By using or consulting this website, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including the possible disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.

None of this information is related to the physical person-User of the site, and do not allow in any way the identification.

3 – Collected data

This site collects user data in two ways.

3.1 – Data collected in an automated manner

  • parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
  • name of the internet service provider (ISP);
  • date and time of visit;
  • web page of the visitor’s origin (referral) and exit page;
  • possibly the number of clicks made.

These data are used to analyze user trends and collect data in aggregate form, administer and ensure the security of the site, and are in no way traceable to the identity of the User.

3.2 – Data provided voluntarily

The site may collect other data in case of voluntary use of services by users, such as comment services, communication (chat, contact forms, and sending emails):

  • name and surname;
  • date of birth;
  • email address;
  • phone number.

These data are voluntarily provided by the User at the time of requesting the service or entering the comment, and will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and processed for the time necessary for the provision of the service.

The data collected by the site are not provided to third parties, unless it is a legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in the cases provided by law. However, the data may be provided to third parties if this is necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the User, or for fiscal purposes or for the execution of security checks or site optimization.

The data collected by the site are stored at the headquarters of the Data Controller for the times prescribed by law and processed by personnel appointed by the Owner or by third parties, who carry out the aforementioned activities under his direct supervision and responsibility. Users exempt this site from any responsibility regarding possible violations of laws (copyright, privacy, etc…). It is up to the User to verify that they have the permissions for the entry of personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.

 

4 – Transfer of collected data to third parties

The personal data of users/customers are an important component of our work and it is not part of our activities to transfer them to third parties. However, this site in carrying out its activities and in the execution of services requested by users may have to transfer some data to third parties that perform specific tasks instrumental and related to those of the site. The suppliers have access only to the data necessary for the performance of their specific task.

In the event that data is transferred to companies located outside the European Union, we ensure that they are transferred in accordance with the regulations in force and in particular the rules set out in the General Regulation for the protection of personal data.
