This Privacy Policy aims to describe the management of this website, with reference to the processing of personal data of the users/visitors who consult it. This is an information provided also in accordance with art. 13 of the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) to those who connect to the website of Modo Network Srl and use its web services from the address www.modonetwork.com. The information is provided only for the aforementioned website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The website www.modonetwork.com is owned by Modo Network Srl, which manages it and ensures compliance with the aforementioned legislation on the protection of personal data. This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this website (https://www.modonetwork.com) and is valid for visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information that may be collected through different channels.

1 – Consent

By using or consulting this website, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including the possible disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.

3.2 – Data provided voluntarily

4 – Transfer of collected data to third parties

The personal data of users/customers are an important component of our work and it is not part of our activities to transfer them to third parties. However, this site in carrying out its activities and in the execution of services requested by users may have to transfer some data to third parties that perform specific tasks instrumental and related to those of the site. The suppliers have access only to the data necessary for the performance of their specific task.

In the event that data is transferred to companies located outside the European Union, we ensure that they are transferred in accordance with the regulations in force and in particular the rules set out in the General Regulation for the protection of personal data. 5 – User rights
