Reporting system and data analysis to optimise training

Knowing the participants’ journeys in detail, analysing the results achieved and evidencing everyone’s preferences, is essential to offer increasingly personalised training, which is effective and fully satisfies the company’s objectives.

We consolidate and analyse the data from your platform to make it homogenous and relevant for measuring the company’s KPIs, with an efficient Analytics and Reporting service.

It is a strategic service for businesses. Thanks to the data analysis, it will become easier to understand what is really working in the training and what isn’t, and consequently, take corrective and future actions, which are more effective for all users.

USER ENGAGEMENT

Entertain, engage, attract: this is the secret of training that works.

We are aware of how hard it is to engage users in company training programmes. In this context, it is essential that we exploit the users’ tendency to make use of contents that satisfy their interests. Everyone’s natural curiosity will thus become an effective vehicle for developing engaging training, and it is just as important to attract the users to the learning programme with ad hoc conceived content to stimulate their interest effectively. This is why we have come up with a series of practical support activities, with the specific aim of increasing the engagement of your users.
