Merchandise Planning Project

Selection, training, and placement of a Demand & Merchandise Planning Solution Specialist for a luxury company.

The company required a resource able to understand business needs in regards to process requirements. The final goal was to improve the use of the Aptos Planning solution and, if appropriate, request some (technical) personalizatio.

Modo has therefore suggested, identified, and inserted a Demand & Merchandise Solution Specialist, training him for a certain period to improve his activity within the organization.

This activity has led to an improvement in the use of Aptos Planning solution by internal users, accompanied by a significant reduction of IT in the need of personalization.
